Getting Ready ...nervous....a little
OK ... so.... I haven't run in about 5 days, it's Wednesday, and we have a 10-mile race ahead - whoa Nelly! I think I just need to readjust my sights and not think of it so much as a "race" but as a recreational or fitness event. I've never run more than 6.5 miles so .... I think the overall concept is to run farther in your training runs than you have to for a race - again - breaking all the rules! :)
